Information on shipping and payment terms and on calculating delivery times

A. Shipping information

By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via Deutsche Post and DHL. You can find the shipping costs in the table below.

I. Shipping within the Netherlands & Germany:

Shipping within Germany is €4.50 of charge, orders over €30 are free to charge. Shipping is by post with/without basic tracking.

Shipping within the Netherlands is €6 of charge, orders over €50 are free to charge. Shipping is by post with/without basic tracking.

II. Shipping worldwide

We deliver to the following countries:

- EU

- USA

- Great Britain

The shipping costs to the EU  are a flat rate of €8.99 including shipment tracking per order,orders over €100 are free to charge.

The shipping costs to the, Great Britain are a flat rate of €11.49 including shipment tracking per order.

The shipping costs to the USA are a flat rate of €15.99 including shipment tracking per order, orders over €150 are free to charge.


For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). PayPal is the most commonly used free financial service provider for processing online purchases and transfers. If you have set up a PayPal account, you can simply pay for digital purchases using the PayPal button with your email address and password. PayPal offers a very high level of security for its customers.

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.


C.  DELIVERY 

The processing time is around 2-7 days, as the items are produced by hand and each order is individually designed. I ask for your understanding.

The processing time begins as soon as we receive the payment.

D.Returns & exchanges

• Buyer can return or exchange this item
• Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
